I am a highly experienced empathetic reflexologist with a deep understanding of how stress can really take a toll on a person‘s health and happiness. I firmly believe that reflexology might just be one of the most pleasurable ways of reducing stress and creating a feeling of well-being.

Helen graduated from the prestigious Derwen School of Reflexology in the USA and has run her own successful reflexology business for the past 15 years applying her skills in USA, Scotland and Canada. In addition to her own practice, she has worked for 9 years as a reflexologist at a well known Scottish cancer charity and has also worked for a trauma charity and for clients undergoing drug and alcohol recovery.

Having relocated internationally several times with her husband’s work, Helen has now returned permanently to settle and live in her native Yorkshire.  Throughout her Reflexology career Helen has been a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and has done a lot of further practical and theoretical training.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Reflexology ( I.T.E.C) (Derwen Holistic Therapies, Texas U.S.A., 2010)
• Level 3 Diploma in Pathology (E.T.S., Feb 2013)
• NCFC level 3 certification in counselling skills and therapy N.C.F.E. 2005
• Reiki Master Level 2009
• Laughter Yoga teacher 2016

Helen has also, in addition, continued to work in the voluntary sector since her teenage years and has gained a vast amount of experience delivering services across a very wide range of charities and organizations.

Treatment Schedule and Fees

Helen is available for appointments at The Wellness Centre every Monday afternoon from 1.30pm onwards.  Other appointment times by prior arrangement.

Reflexology sessions (55 mins): £40.00.

Helen also offers Reflexology sessions on a mobile basis on other days.
